In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Hike for a Pint: Passport to Wellness Challenge ("Event") organized by Rogue Events Collective, I hereby agree to the following:

I acknowledge that participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to: physical injury, illness, accidents on trails, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I release, waive, and discharge Rogue Events Collective, its officers, directors, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation or my children's participation in this Event.

I confirm that I and any children I am registering are in adequate physical condition to participate in hiking and running activities.

I grant Rogue Events Collective permission to use photographs or videos taken during the Event for promotional purposes.

This waiver applies to me and all children listed on this registration.
